The family of Paul Fenech has announced his passing, revealing that he died peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital earlier today.“It is with a heavy heart that we announce that my beloved husband and our father Paul Fenech passed peacefully this morning at Mater Dei Hospital,” a statement shared on his Facebook page by his wife Winnie and children Ian and Christine read.The family said funeral arrangements will be announced in the coming days.Fenech was widely known across Malta both for his decades-long contribution to basketball and for his commitment to public service.
