For the first time, the government has officially named six Indian soldiers, including five from the Army and one from the Air Force, who died during Operation Sindoor. Their names are now on the National War Memorial's Roll of Honour, marking the first formal acknowledgement of casualties from the May 2025 cross-border mission.
