While there was already a violation of the sub-structure low acting as confirmation, the previous session's break now gives stronger confirmation to the downwards direction. With that break, the internal structure now carries more weight as an indication of a pullback toward the value-based reaction zone, meaning the next internal high break will likely target that zone, which also contains an algorithmic reaction zone within it. The volume profile is well distributed at the moment and isn't offering as much clarity for the next move as it usually does. For reference, I'm using two starting points — the swing high for one profile and the swing low for the second — which together show the overall participation across the broader move and the current price range since the pullback began. Open the chart or zoom out on the preview to see all zones. Trade Idea 1 — Internal Supply: For this session, I'll be looking for a move down from the internal supply toward Target 1 and potentially the internal low. If price shows clean movement, I'll consider extending the final target to the algorithmic reaction zone below the internal low. Risk reference is the internal high. Trade Idea 2 — Value-Based Reaction Zone: If price breaks the internal high, I'll be looking for confirmation once price reaches the value-based reaction zone above before considering a move back down. The risk reference for this idea will depend on how that confirmation develops, but a first point of reference would be the algorithmic zone sitting inside that value-based zone.
