I’m aware of how letters of recommendation work. I went to grad school and I’m in a career that usually requires letters of recommendation from someone in the field. Which is why I’m confused by the CB using this term. A letter of recommendation doesn’t do any good for the jobs she’s looking for. She means she’ll leave a good review and/or be a reference.
