CPI (M) flays delay in completion of Sitarama Lift Irrigation Project - The HinduPublished - June 25, 2026 09:02 pm ISTKHAMMAMCPI (M) State Secretariat Member Pothineni Sudarshan Rao has alleged that the Congress government is showing apathy towards the Sitarama Lift Irrigation Project (SLIP), delaying its completion.Addressing the media in Khammam on Thursday, he said Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, during a meeting held in Wyra in 2024, had assured substantial fund allocation to ensure the completion of the SLIP by August 2026.
