It is the parent structure for The Structural Pullback Method (sweep > reclaim > hinge > break > pullback > continuation). A Meso-Balance is a magnet for BTO hinges that form beneath it. This is what you saw with today's Scenario 2 BTO hinge. A Meso-Balance acts as a magnet for STO hinges that form above it. Perhaps I will add notes to this post. Be sure to check back in case I do.
