By Wayne Allyn RootI have lobbied on TV, radio, podcast and my columns for six long years for Dr. Anthony Fauci to be indicted for mass murder and crimes against humanity- and that’s just for his lies and fraud regarding the Covid vaccine.I didn’t even mention his perjury in front of Congress.And now we have proof that Dr. Fauci really is “Dr. Evil.” This horrible man spent millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to fund research that led to the Covid pandemic. Then he lied, covered up, and tried to erase the proof. He even committed perjury in front of Congress.Thank you, Tulsi Gabbard for boldly releasing the truth about Dr Fauci on your last day in office as National Director of Intelligence.So, let’s just forget the vaccine for a moment…Didn’t Covid- the global flu pandemic- kill millions of people in America and across the globe? If Dr Fauci funded it, meaning he paid for its creation with your taxpayer money, shouldn’t he be tried for mass murder and crimes against humanity just for that?And if you disagree, then why did Dr. Fauci try to cover his role in the funding of Covid up, and try to erase the emails proving what he did?If Dr. Fauci did nothing wrong, why would he lie to Congress?If Dr. Fauci did nothing wrong, why would he be willing to commit crimes to cover up what he did?If Dr. Fauci is innocent, why did President Biden (and his real boss Obama) need to issue a desperate last second pardon for all crimes before and after, even though no crimes were ever charged, and there were no indictments yet? What is everyone so afraid of? Why is it so important to protect Dr. Fauci from charges that don’t exist?Also, separate from the funding of Covid that led to millions of deaths in the pandemic, let’s not forget that as the nation’s supposed medical expert Dr. Fauci lied and committed fraud repeatedly by pushing since-debunked damaging solutions such as lockdowns, masks, and the infamous 6-foot distancing rule.Then, when whistleblowers came forward to challenge Dr. Fauci, he responded with Soviet-style silencing, censorship, retaliation, firings and attempts to destroy the careers of anyone who dared oppose or criticize his edicts. Dr. Fauci is clearly evil, a criminal, a fraud, a charlatan, and a mass murderer, who has committed crimes against humanity- even if you leave out the lies about the Covid vaccine…and even if you disagree that the Covid vaccine killed and injured millions.So, why isn’t Dr. Fauci under indictment by the federal government right now? Why isn’t he charged with perjury, fraud, mass murder, and crimes against humanity- among many other charges.I certainly can guess. Here are a few educated guesses…1. Big Pharma has bribed all our politicians and DOJ officials.2. Big Pharma and the politicians were all complicit with Dr. Fauci in a scheme to get filthy rich- but they can’t admit it, because millions of innocent people died.3. Dr. Fauci and the entire leadership of the Democrat Party coordinated the entire Covid pandemic with China and the CCP to destroy Trump’s economy, open the door to mail-in ballots, and therefore destroy Trump’s re-election chances by rigging the 2020 election. This is treason and everyone involved could (and should) face the death penalty. 4. Based on all of the above, powerful people with a lot to lose are blocking any attempt to indict Dr. Fauci.Well, if the DOJ doesn’t want to carry out justice, or is too afraid of Big Pharma to carry out justice, or our entire federal government is too bribed by Big Pharma to carry out justice…or afraid of what Dr. Fauci might disclose…I have an alternate SOLUTION.It’s actually simple and easy. Why not copy the Democrats strategy against President Trump? Just indict Dr. Fauci on the state level- just like Democrats did to President Trump in Georgia, and multiple times in New York. And to President Trump’s allies in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin and Nevada. Democrats found a way to indict Trump and his friends in different blue Democrat-controlled states across the USA.Why can’t any and all Republican red state Attorney Generals do the same to Dr. Fauci?Even better, keep in mind, on the state level Biden’s presidential pardon cannot protect Dr. Fauci. Federal pardons don’t apply to state law. Ask Tina Peters and Steve Bannon about this topic. Both of them were pardoned by President Trump, yet New York state put Bannon in prison, and Colorado ignored Trump’s pardon of Tina Peters and kept her in prison. Pardons do not apply on the state level.So, somewhere in America, there must be at least one aggressive, “tough-guy” Republican AG looking to make a name for himself (or herself), who is ready, willing and able to indict Dr. Fauci. An even better strategy would be for 10 Republican AGs to indict Dr. Fauci at once. Ten separate indictments. Force him to: A) Defend 10 cases at the same time…B) Spend tens of millions in legal fees…and C) Face decades in prison in 10 states at once. This is what I call justice- for an evil mass murderer, who has committed crimes against humanity, and punished and silenced so many Americans for telling the truth, and ruined so many millions of American lives. It’s time to ruin his life.Make Dr. Anthony Fauci live the rest of his life in pain, and shame, and bankrupt him with legal fees, and make him spend all day, every day on trial, and hopefully stick him in a small prison cell until the day he dies. That’s my solution. That’s justice…without the DOJ or federal government even involved. The question is…does any Republican red state AG have enough ambition, and/or the balls to fight for justice? Because whoever does it, becomes a national hero to 77 million MAGA voters tomorrow. So, here’s your chance to be a hero.
