The new monthly interview series launches today with Bank of America Chairman and CEO Brian Moynihan and will feature conversations with the world’s most influential business leadersToday, TIME launched The CEO Moment with Sam Jacobs, a new monthly video interview series hosted by TIME's Editor in Chief that expands TIME's coverage of business leadership through in-depth conversations with the executives shaping today's business landscape. The series examines leadership, the decisions and priorities driving organizations, and the societal shifts reshaping business.The series debuts today with Bank of America Chairman and CEO Brian Moynihan as its first guest. Future episodes will feature leaders from across industry sectors. The series aims to showcase a diverse range of perspectives from executives leading some of the world's leading companies.“Throughout the last decade, we have seen CEOs fill the leadership gap. This new series aims to capture the meaning of this moment and help TIME’s global audience better understand the people leading the companies that are shaping the world,” Jacobs said.The launch comes as TIME continues to expand its coverage of business leadership across platforms and invest in new forms of video storytelling where it is seeing continued audience growth and engagement. On LinkedIn, TIME has seen impressions increase 109% during the first five months of the year; engagement increased 118% during the same period, and video views have more than 2,200%. This growth reflects increasing audience demand for business-focused video content and helped inform the development of The CEO Moment with Sam Jacobs.The series builds on TIME’s expanding focus on business leadership and the individuals shaping the global economy. Through editorial franchises, live events, newsletters, and executive-focused journalism, TIME examines how leaders, innovators, and institutions are driving transformation.
