Anyone else notice how fast the 'unicorn jobs' disappear these days?

Wait 5 sec.

Seems like every time I hear or see someone post about finding that perfect clinic or non-bedside role, there's a follow up a month later about layoffs, restructuring, or docs leaving. Is this just confirmation bias or are the actually good jobs getting less stable? Wondering if it's worth chasing those roles or if hospital bargaining power is just too strong right now. submitted by /u/Hot_Huckleberry3312 [link] [comments]
