I run a small tutoring business and I'm re-evaluating our tutoring management software for 2026. I know the usual names (TutorBird, TutorCruncher, Teachworks, Oases, etc.) but a lot has changed in the last couple of years. For those of you using tutoring management software: Which one do you use, and roughly how many students/tutors do you have? What made you pick it over the others? What do you wish it did better? (scheduling, invoicing/payments, parent communication, lead/enquiry follow-up, reminders, tutor pay, reports…) Is the price fair for what you get, or are you paying for features you never use? Has anyone switched recently? What made you leave, and was moving your data painful? Also curious whether anyone is using AI features in their tutoring management software yet (lesson notes, progress reports, auto-replies to enquiries), and whether they're actually useful or just a gimmick. Solo tutors and bigger tutoring centres both welcome. Thanks! submitted by /u/Alexbrown1990 [link] [comments]
