That's better than them charging 150% of the new item price for worn items, which I have seen happen. And not for designer or collectibles. A trash can. A used trash can cost more than new. Habitat ReStore is even worse about it. Like okay I could pay this place $50 for a 2x2 flatpack that's beaten to hell and covered with stickers, or $34.50 to buy a new one from Walmart. I wonder if the volunteers/employees there are shocked at how much stuff in that building has been there for 3 years.
