Brigade Enterprises expects pre-sales to grow 21% to Rs 9,000 crore in FY27, driven by strong demand for mid-income and premium homes, particularly in the Rs 1-3 crore segment. The Bengaluru-based real estate developer has 16 million sq ft of upcoming launches and plans to invest Rs 40,000 crore over the next three years in housing, commercial, hospitality and warehousing projects across South India.
