I built a Mac app that shows every keyboard shortcut of the app you're in (free, no time limit)

Hi r/SideProject, I'm Manuel, and Keysi is a side project of mine. Mac apps have dozens of shortcuts nobody learns, because the only list is the menu bar, one menu at a time. CheatSheet used to fix this until it stopped working on macOS Sonoma, so I rebuilt the idea. Hold ⌘ for a moment and an overlay shows every shortcut of the frontmost app, grouped by menu, with real key glyphs. Click a row to run the command. It also warns you when macOS will swallow a shortcut before the app sees it. The lookup is free with no time limit, and so is showing any app's shortcuts from Raycast, Alfred or the terminal. Keysi Pro is $14.99 once and adds coaching (a quiet reminder when you reach for the mouse, plus spaced-repetition drills) and the deeper integrations: Raycast practice and progress, Shortcuts and Siri, and a desktop picture of any app's shortcuts. You get 14 days of Pro from when you grant access, then it drops back to free. It's signed and notarized, needs macOS 14 or later, and isn't on the App Store because it needs the Accessibility API. Analytics is opt-in and off by default. The part I'm least sure about is the free-versus-paid line. Does the landing page make it clear what's free, or does it read like a trial in disguise? https://keysi.io submitted by /u/rollingeyespigeon [link] [comments]
