Anyone here who decided to shift from GBS to local company? How are you in your current job compared to before like salary-wise, employment experience-wise and such? What do you prefer in the long run? I have an experience from both but I started with local then fortunately, got to work in a GBS. Pay is above average however, although it is a GBS, there are a lot of processes that are still traditional and lacks automation lastly, the office politics is so toxic and I am mostly spiraling even on the little things I do and I say. Working with stakeholders feels like I am a hamster on a wheel esp for critical business demands. I hate that I sometimes struggling to even bring myself to log in or to just have a peaceful weekends and I do not want to develop any medical condition caused by the anxiety and stress of working.
