Good morning everyone. I kindly ask for you support in this topic. I’ve been using Duolingo downloaded from Signulous 1 month ago. Yesterday the app stopped working like “the paid” version. Now it wants to take a charge for advanced features. I restarted the app, and now, even if I sign up with the email and password and recognizes my profile, it starts with the 7 questions like “which course you want to take” “have you trying learning this language before” etc etc. Even if I answer those questions, after that the app crashes and it’s a loop. What can I do? Thanks for your help.
