Sharing iterm-agents, a small project I maintain that adds a Toolbelt panel to iTerm2. When you have several coding agents running, you usually have to check each terminal to see which one is still working and which turn has ended. This panel puts their status in one place, and clicking a row takes you straight to that pane. It supports Claude Code, Codex, Cursor Agent, Devin, and Kimi Code. Sessions are grouped by Git repo, including worktrees, with search, labels, and completion marks. You’ll need macOS and iTerm2 with the Python API and Shell Integration enabled. Everything runs locally; the README includes setup and AutoLaunch instructions. One limitation: status detection uses processes and visible terminal text, so accuracy can vary with CLI versions. “Done” means the turn was observed ending, not that the task succeeded. Code: https://github.com/faithk7/iterm-agents English setup guide: https://github.com/faithk7/iterm-agents/blob/main/README.en.md If you run multiple agents in iTerm2, feel free to give it a try. If you run into any problems, leave a comment or open an issue on GitHub. It’s still an early project, so I’d appreciate feedback on anything that needs work. Thanks for taking a look. submitted by /u/faithk7last [link] [comments]
