Our last infrastructure vendor vanished during an outage that lasted six hours. Support tickets went unanswered, the status page was wrong, and we lost about 30k in revenue. When they finally responded they blamed "unprecedented demand" which is vendor speak for we weren't prepared.Looking for infrastructure partners and reliability is the only thing that matters.
