Singularity AMC, a company rooted in Mumbai, has successfully resolved two significant matters with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) concerning violations related to alternative investment funds. As part of the settlement, the firm has paid Rs 40.5 lakh. The infractions included not maintaining the required interest in the Singularity Equity Fund and excessive drawdowns in three of its schemes.
