I built RowProof for two small CSV tasks: trimming whitespace and removing blank or exact duplicate rows, and finding added, removed, or changed records between two versions. The first 10 result rows are free to preview. Full downloads cost $4.99 once for 10 exports, with no subscription. You save a recovery key before buying so you can restore unused credits. It accepts UTF-8, comma-separated CSVs, up to 256 KiB combined, 5,000 data rows and 100 columns per file. Comparison needs matching headers in the same order and one nonempty, unique key per row.
