Made a browser tool for drawing exhibition and event layouts in isometric

Wait 5 sec.

I do interactive installations and exhibitions in Taipei. For every job I had to draw the room three times (Concepts on iPad, Illustrator, sometimes SketchUp) and keep the equipment list in a Google Sheet or Notion. After a few client changes, the drawing and the list didn't match anymore. I've had this idea for a few years but never had the time to build it. So I finally made Misea. You drop screens, tables, racks, speakers and people onto a floor plan and it draws them in isometric. No 3D modelling. Everything you place goes into an equipment list, and cables get a length, so the list updates when the layout changes. It's mainly for the proposal stage, but on small projects you can use it all the way to load-in. I don't think small projects need CAD. I used to be a front-end engineer & PM. Back then this was too big and would have taken too long to build alone. So I built it with Claude Code. Free to try, no sign-up. (I hate apps that make you sign up before you can try anything.) https://misea.app/en/ I'd like to know: Is it clear what it's for, and what would you use it for? submitted by /u/Partical7 [link] [comments]
