The launch targets creators, developers, and enterprise teams running advanced workloads directly on local systems. Dell developed the new systems with NVIDIA and Microsoft to support broader desktop and mobile computing needs.Dell Technologies Inc., DELLDell Expands Windows Portfolio With New High-Performance SystemsDell introduced the XPS 16 Creator Edition as its first XPS laptop built around NVIDIA RTX Spark hardware. The system combines powerful graphics, unified memory, and local computing within a premium portable design. Dell designed the device for creative production, software development, demanding applications, and advanced local processing. The laptop combines a Blackwell GPU, Grace CPU, and up to 128GB of unified memory. That shared memory supports large models, complex 3D projects, and multi-layer 8K video editing. Meanwhile, dedicated hardware supports ray tracing, video encoding, gaming, and demanding professional creative workloads.Dell also equipped the laptop with a 3.2K tandem OLED display for professional creative work. The display supports 100% DCI-P3 coverage, high brightness, and variable refresh rates up to 120Hz. Furthermore, the system includes USB4 ports, HDMI connectivity, an SD card reader, and an audio jack.Dell Adds Compact Desktop for Continuous Local ComputingDell also introduced the Creator Edition Desktop with the same RTX Spark hardware platform. The desktop supports up to 128GB of unified memory and sustained workloads without laptop thermal limits. Therefore, users can run longer rendering, development, and local processing tasks across demanding desktop workflows. The desktop provides up to one petaflop of FP4 computing power for advanced workloads. Dell said the system can support models containing as many as 200 billion parameters. Its larger desktop design also allows sustained performance during longer creative and development sessions.Dell positioned the desktop as an option for creators needing continuous local computing capacity. The system can also run background agents while supporting development, rendering, and other professional software. However, Dell has not announced a specific release date and only said availability will follow soon.Dell Pro Precision Targets Enterprise Workloads on WindowsDell also renamed its Dell Pro Max workstation range under the Dell Pro Precision brand. The updated lineup includes Dell Pro Precision systems using GB10 and GB300 hardware configurations. Dell aims to simplify branding while expanding its workstation offering for enterprise development and engineering teams.Dell Pro Precision with GB300 will support Windows and fit into existing enterprise computing environments. The workstation delivers up to 20 petaflops of FP4 compute and 748GB of coherent memory. It can also support models containing up to one trillion parameters directly on local hardware.Windows Subsystem for Linux gives developers access to Linux frameworks without leaving their Windows environment. Meanwhile, Dell uses MaxCool technology to manage sustained performance during extended high-demand workloads. The XPS 16 Creator Edition opened for U.S. Best Buy pre-orders on October 7. The post Dell Technologies (DELL) Stock: Rises on NVIDIA RTX Spark PC Launch  appeared first on Blockonomi.
