The Supreme Court will examine an application seeking recall of its September 23 split verdict on challenges to the 2023 law governing appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner and Election Commissioners. The plea concerns Justice Satish Chandra Sharma’s son appearing for the Election Commission before the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
