We're a software company with a B2B web application that's built and heading toward launch, and we're looking for a UX/UI designer to help polish it before it goes to clients. **The app** It's a focused app with two main pages: a dashboard and a configuration page. The dashboard is where users work with large data tables (filtering, sorting, editing, comparing values), so the screens are information-dense, but the overall scope is small. **What's already done** This isn't a from-scratch project. The app is functional, and we have a current design plus an in-progress redesign concept. What we need is an experienced eye to review both, tell us what works and what doesn't, and help us refine it into a clean, usable final design. **How the engagement works** **UX review ($250 flat):** Review the current app and our redesign concept, and deliver clear recommendations on what to keep, fix, and prioritize. **Refinement ($30–40/hr):** If we're a good fit, continue into design refinement based on the review. The scope is well-defined, and we'll agree on an estimated number of hours after the review. **What we're looking for** - Experience designing data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, tables, admin panels, internal tools, B2B SaaS, or similar - Comfort with dense layouts and realistic data, not just marketing pages - Ability to hand off clear specs to a small dev team - Figma (or equivalent) proficiency If your portfolio leans toward websites but you've done app or dashboard work, we'd still like to see it. Just point us to that piece. **Details** - Remote (We're Eastern but can work with most time zones) - Process: portfolio review → short call → decision - NDA required before we share the app - Good chance of ongoing work as the product grows **To apply** DM or email [info@mtlellc.org](mailto:info@mtlellc.org) with: Your portfolio link, pointing us to your most data-heavy or app-focused project A sentence or two on the most complex table or dashboard you've designed Confirmation that the rates above work for you, and your availability submitted by /u/SteakMasterKF [link] [comments]
