I tried looking through this sub and the residency subreddit, and couldn’t really find many folks talking about how the pandemic impacted their training. Only one post mentioned that the pandemic sort of short changed them (at the moment in time) in their early residency because the cases were all the same. ARDS, pneumonia, etc etc. So I’m curious to hear from folks that had their training during the bulk of the pandemic and from clinicians that work with COVID-era residents on how/if their growth as physicians was notably different.
