I've been out of nursing school for 6 years now. Since completion of nclex, I have not been able to go into bedside due to health concerns, and have been doing outpatient work for the majority of the time . Now that I am able, I really need to review, but I dont know what exactly I need to focus on. Or what i better know before walking onto a floor. I know im basically going to be trained as a new grad which I am grateful for, but my book knowledge probably isnt as sharp as the typical new grad considering how long ive been out of school.
