Should I add this place as my work experience as a new grad?

Wait 5 sec.

Started looking for new job due to type of work environment Preceptor put me on a 27 patient load on my 2nd day while preceptor just shadows. Now near the end of my six month probation it got extended and was I put on a Letter of Expectation regarding some missed documentation and tasks I was never trained. One of the stuff that was I documented on was during a 14 hour shift with a task I was never trained on. What frustrates me is that some of the more experienced staff have made similar mistakes with missed documentation. What is worse a resident showing signs of a stroke was reportedly missed for seven days by experienced staff members yet there didn’t seem to be any consequences towards them. The workplace also has a lot of gossip about other staff members. This facility is always hiring as well. I’m now wondering whether I should include this job as experience on my resume as a new grad, I don’t want to leave a large gap from the time I graduated submitted by /u/WrittenByAlanWake [link] [comments]
