USDJPY: A chart clock is not an account reset

USDJPY: A chart clock is not an account resetUSD/JPYOANDA:USDJPYordanemarketsA USDJPY candle has a timestamp. The hour shown beneath it depends on the chart display time zone. That display setting is not evidence of when an account risk limit resets. Changing the chart time zone changes the displayed dates and times. It does not change Pine time calculations. Scripts normally use the instrument exchange time zone for calendar values unless their calculation specifies a different time zone. This matters when checking a trade against a daily account rule. A candle labelled midnight on the chart may not mark midnight in the time zone named by the account agreement. Matching the clock label alone can place a trade in the wrong risk period. On this H4 chart, record the completed candle timestamp and the chart display time zone separately. Then check whether the account agreement defines a daily reset, and which time zone and daylight saving convention it uses. Do not assume a reset exists or infer it from the chart.
