How does someone this delusional have a foal. Either you are experienced enough to train a horse OR you hire a trainer to do it for you OR you spend the money to buy a horse that has been properly schooled. I would imagine that alternative two - e.g. hire a trainer to school your horse is done by very wealthy people who buy very expensive horses for specific needs - e.g. they want a show jumper or dressage horse and so they buy a youngish horse which shows excellent promise but those horses aren't cheap nor would the training be.
