Apprentice General Manager Interview and Hiring Process

Wait 5 sec.

Hi all!! I have an interview tomorrow afternoon for an apprentice general manager position. I'd be an outside hire but I have about 7 years of restaurant management experience and I'm very open to learning for a role with a new company. I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips for the interview, can remember any questions they were asked as part of the interview, or can give a general breakdown of the hiring and training process for this position. Just want to be prepared with answers for questions and mentally prepared if this is probably going to be a long process with multiple rounds of interviews. Thanks in advance! Also, I've been looking at some other similar posts and I'm not really looking for the "run" comments. I'm unfortunately not really in a position to be picky about job opportunities right now. I've worked in some outrageously toxic environments, I know how to handle myself. My biggest goal right now is just getting hired and earning a steady paycheque :) submitted by /u/Puzzleheaded_Box1735 [link] [comments]
