Built a job tracker that pulls LinkedIn jobs, filters out irrelevant ones, scores them against my profile and tailors each application

While job hunting, I got tired of scrolling through LinkedIn by hand, especially past duplicate postings and roles or companies I don't care about. So I built Applied, a tool that runs my usual searches (like "Software Engineer, Canada, remote") and skips the duplicates and irrelevant jobs before showing me anything. Each remaining job gets a score for how well it matches my resume, and I can generate a tailored resume and cover letter for any of them in one click. It also tracks where each application is, from applied to interviewing to rejected. It's free, open source and self-hosted: https://github.com/tonghohin/applied submitted by /u/seafoodghost [link] [comments]
