Hey, I've been working on a project called TruWhos and it's finally online. https://truwhos.com The basic idea is pretty simple: you can search for someone using their Discord User ID and see their TruWhos profile, reputation, reviews and reviewed history. I made it because Discord doesn't really have a proper reputation system. If you're trading with someone, buying a service, hiring a developer/designer, or just dealing with people across different servers, most of the time you have absolutely no idea what their history is outside the server you're currently in. TruWhos is meant to give a bit more context. Some of the current features: • Search users by exact Discord User ID • Community reputation / trust score • Ratings for Trading, Services and Community interactions • Written reviews • Reports that can be reviewed by moderators • Reviewed public history • Discord OAuth login • Claim your own Discord profile • Respond to reviews on your profile • Save profiles privately • Appeals and moderation system • Privacy / correction / deletion / opt-out requests • Anti-spam and reputation manipulation protections A profile existing does NOT mean that person uses TruWhos or has done anything wrong. Profiles are tied to Discord IDs, and ratings/reviews are supposed to represent individual user experiences rather than some definitive judgement of a person. I'm also trying to avoid turning it into an "expose people" website. Mass-rating, brigading, fake reports, fabricated evidence and reputation attacks aren't allowed, and reports don't automatically become public just because somebody submitted one. If information about you is wrong, there are ways to dispute it, respond to reviews, appeal moderation decisions or submit a privacy request. It's still pretty new, so there will definitely be things that need improving. I'd genuinely like feedback on the concept, UI, features, rules, or anything that feels confusing/broken.
