I have been an executive platinum for three years. Use their cards, I am all in. However it has gotten to the point I cannot trust the flights. The past four flights have included a leg that was either delayed a day or cancelled. Every time it was either no pilot or maintenance. I have been stuck in Dallas twice and moved to SWA twice.
