I’m looking for a pixel artist (with animation skills) for a small hobby game development project: a medieval economy simulation. I have the first prototype running, if you are interested. The idea is to create small pixel-art assets, including but not limited to icons for different coins, stones, wood, metals, workers, buildings, and other locations. I’d also love to have some small animations, like a stonemason working or a blacksmith forging something. I haven’t settled on a specific look and feel yet, so there’s room to experiment and figure out what fits best. Bonus points if you have some knowledge of UI/UX design, especially for mobile websites. The assets will be integrated into a web-based interface, so we’d work together on suitable sizes, formats, and a color palette that fits the game. For now, I’d like to start small with a budget of around $100. Let me know what you offer for that or less. I’m mainly looking to explore a visual direction and see what we can create together before investing more into a larger set of assets. submitted by /u/Wefee11 [link] [comments]
