Managed to get this done in UE5 modeling tools within a single ~5 hour session. For me, that is quite fast! It works flawlessly in-game with proper collision and scale compared to the player. It was never intended to be a 1:1 match, but I do think it captures the essence of the building. It’s close enough of a match that I may have to alter some things (like the logo or colors) to ensure I’m not copying too closely.
