Congress general secretary K C Venugopal said the INDIA bloc would stage a major protest in Delhi on Monday over alleged threats to voting rights and meet Chief Justice of India Surya Kant. He accused PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah of shielding CEC Gyanesh Kumar and criticised the Centre for denying AIIMS to Keralam.
