Tottenham Hotspur fans may be disappointed by Dion Dublin’s latest score prediction for their upcoming clash with Man United. The stage is set for Tottenham Hotspur and Man United to lock horns this weekend for the first time this season. The Red Devils stand as Spurs’ first encounter with the so-called big six this campaign, while Michael Carrick’s men have already faced Manchester City.United lost 1-0 to their rivals when ten-man City stunned them, and Spurs will now be hoping for a similar result – albeit with eleven men on the field. However, while Tottenham fans will be desperate to celebrate a first win, Dion Dublin does not believe Spurs will walk away with three points.Photo by SpursWebDion Dublin backs Manchester United to beat Tottenham 2-0This came during the former forward’s score prediction for the match. Speaking to Bet Victor, Dublin stated that he expects United to claim victory and for Tottenham to fail to score. He said: “Carrick and De Zerbi will be thinking about the pressure as well. I mean, I do not want to put any pressure on Michael because I like him. I think he is going to be good for United.“But when you are in a form where performances have not been outstanding or where you want them, and results have not been going great, when you are at a club the size of Man United, and Tottenham as well, with the money they have spent, you are going to get pressure.“You expect it. When you take on an assignment as a manager, you do not expect to go four or five games without getting any pressure. Six, seven games, the pressure really sets in. Then if you are eight, nine, or ten, you think, ‘If I lose again, I am really done.’“Because that is the way the game has gone, is it not? You get five games of ‘that is not good enough,’ six or seven games of ‘right, next one you are out.’ Because they cannot afford to keep being in that vein, fans stop coming, start moaning, and it is not a great look for the players.“But it cannot just be the manager all the time. Do not just blame the manager. I am pretty sure that those Man United players in the team, when things are not going too well, hold their hands up and say, ‘Gaffer, we will take some responsibility as well.’“Against Spurs, I fancy United. I think United will feel the pressure in a good way, and I think Spurs will feel the pressure in a negative way. Spurs will go, ‘Right, we have got to win,’ and Man United will go, ‘Right, hey, we are at home here. We have to win.’“So there will be a different body language. Spurs will be all tight, thinking ‘we cannot lose,’ and United will be, ‘Right, let us go win this.’ So I fancy United to win it 2-0.”Dublin urges Manchester United to move for Harry KaneTo add salt to Spurs’ wounds, Dublin also urged the Red Devils to make a move for Tottenham legend Harry Kane. Kane’s contract with Bayern Munich is set to expire next summer, and with no new deal yet signed, Dublin has encouraged United to act.He said: “Harry Kane’s contract? Get him down to Cambridge United, we will have him!“Even at 33, 34, 35, I would still nick Harry for a year or two because he just finds his way into good positions. You put the ball there and he does not even have to run about as much.“You can see he is dropping into the number 10 role a bit more, sometimes even into the four, and spraying balls about so he is not easy to mark. Two centre-halves do not know where he is, and then he crops up.“He is a very clever footballer. I would take Harry Kane right now at Man United. There is a bit of a statement in this – Harry Kane could start in any Premier League side.“Any Premier League side, it does not matter. Every club in the Premier League would take him right now, 100%.“United have toyed with it, they have spoken about it too much. If you want him, go get him. Even if he signs a new deal there, give them the £70m or £80m, whatever they want, because you have got to get goals.“Why are you buying Harry Kane? To score your goals. Who can you guarantee for goals? Haaland, Kane, Lewandowski, Mbappe, and then you start to struggle a bit for guaranteed scorers. Harry Kane guarantees you goals.”READ MORE: Roberto De Zerbi hints three Tottenham players may be fatigued from international dutyThe post Dion Dublin predicts Man United vs Tottenham score and urges Harry Kane signing appeared first on Spurs Web.
