WE\’RE HIRING Senior Production EngineerAlexandria, Egypt | Full-timeWe are looking for a hands-on Senior Production Engineer to drive production-floor performance in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment. The role focuses on delivering production targets while improving productivity, yield, hygiene, quality and workforce efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Execute daily production plans and ensure output targets are achieved.Optimize line balancing, manpower allocation and workflow.Monitor production performance and resolve bottlenecks in real time.Drive yield improvement and scrap reduction through root cause analysis.Monitor and improve OEE, downtime and production efficiency.Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, food safety, hygiene quality and OHS standards.Apply Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles.Lead, coach and develop production operators.Supervise onboarding and technical training for new operators.Qualifications:Bachelor\’s degree in Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering.An MBA degree is preferred.Requirements:3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing and manual labor-intensive operations.Strong practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and 5S, Kaizen.Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.Good Command of EnglishGood Knowledge of MS Office Applications.Ability to make fast, effective decisions under production pressure.Must be a resident of Alexandria only.
