Credit: Philadelphia PolicePhiladelphia’s criminals clearly think they can get away with various felonies, as a sudden and shameless attack occurred right in broad daylight earlier this week on the city’s streets.As FOX 29 Philadelphia reported, the Philadelphia Police Department is searching for a man who was captured on video assaulting an unsuspecting stranger on Sunday morning at roughly 8:30 a.m.The police released a video showing the exact moment the individual in question committed the crime.The footage shows a Black man in a blue shirt marching toward a White man in blue jeans and a dark jacket at the intersection of 10th and Reed Street.Then, just as the White man is about to enter the crosswalk, the suspect suddenly slugs him across the face.
