So I had this idea in the shower (lol). I was thinking about one of those SaaS where the only thing you do is pay more than the guy in first place to take his spot. And I thought, ok but what if instead of just outbidding each other they actually had to fight for the first place? That's how Corp Wars came out. https://playcorpwars.com How it works: - You register your website and it becomes a megacorp in a cyberpunk city (your logo, your name, your tagline) - You split credits into 4 sectors: Public Influence, Intelligence, Economic Warfare and Spec Ops - You build assets and run ops against other startups: smear campaigns, data leaks, credit heists, sabotage, even hijacking their billboard with your logo and a taunt - The #1 corp owns the Megaspire, the giant billboard on the homepage. That's the whole point really - Every attack goes to a public feed with a 140 char taunt, and you can brag on X with a share card Seasons reset every month so the leaderboard doesn't get stuck with the same people forever. It's free to play. You get 500 credits to start, a daily grant and a 24h shield so nobody can kill you on your first day. You can buy credits if you want, but money buys firepower, not turns (ops recharge with time for everyone). I tried hard to not make it pure pay to win: underdogs get better odds attacking up, and spamming attacks raises your heat and lowers your own defense. One thing I'm kinda proud of: you have to verify you own the domain (DNS or meta tag) to attack anyone. If you don't verify in 72h your corp goes dark. I didn't want people registering stripe.com and putting their logo on the Megaspire 😅 Honestly it's very early, the city is pretty empty right now. That's why I'm posting here.
