I recently completed an onsite interview at LLNL for an engineering position. It included a presentation, panel interview, and facility tour. I felt good about the conversations and received some encouraging feedback, but wasn’t given a timeline for next steps. It’s been about a week and a half with no update or reference request. My application portal still says “In Review,” which hasn’t changed since before the interview. I sent a thank-you that day and plan to follow up tomorrow. What is a normal timeframe to hear back and do they usually respond to follow up requests? I’d love to hear from folks that have received an offer and those that got rejected on their experience.
