Not a native english speaker. P with liver failure to be listed for transplant. Recently had significant bleeding requiring the transfusion of 5 units of red cell concentrate. Lab results now show lower bilirubin, better coagulation etc., but this should be insignificant concerning assesment of liver function, right?
