I am currently in college to become a nurse. My ultimate goal is to work in the nicu, but I am also interested in working with healthy newborns. If I get a job in labor in delivery, is there a different job for nurses taking care of newborns abd nurses taking care of mother's during and after birth? If I'm honest my passion doesn't involve adult care. ( although if needed I would take great care of adults of course, its just not my real passion) . Just curious if specifically taking care of the medical needs of the babies is apart of the same job as helping women give birth. Thank you. submitted by /u/Hot-Spirit-2652 [link] [comments]
