Hey Namibia! 👋 I'm 16, and I'm building a product called Get Paid to help small businesses keep track of money customers owe them. The idea came from a simple problem: when customers pay later, pay in instalments, or promise to pay on a certain date, it can become difficult to keep track of everything and remember who needs a follow-up. Get Paid is designed to help businesses record outstanding balances, track partial payments, keep track of payment promises, and manage follow-ups in one place. I'm still learning and trying to understand the real challenges small businesses face here in Namibia. Before taking this further, I'd love to hear from people with experience. If you run a business in Namibia: How do you currently track money customers owe you? Do you use a notebook, WhatsApp, Excel, or accounting software? What's the most frustrating part of getting customers to pay on time? I'm not here to pretend I have everything figured out. I'm building something real and want to learn from the people it could actually help. I'd genuinely appreciate your thoughts and honest feedback! 🙏 submitted by /u/Even-Highlight-1718 [link] [comments]
