TransUnion UK & Europe has announced several senior appointments as the business continues driving innovation across the region. These appointments follow the promotion of a number of existing executive committee members to international roles and reflect the advancement of strong internal talent as part of succession planning.Steve Wishart has been promoted to chief revenue officer for TransUnion’s UK business, effective 1 October 2026. He brings more than 12 years of experience at TransUnion in the UK, most recently serving as director of sales for financial services. In his new role, Steve will lead the UK sales and sales specialist teams. His deep knowledge of TransUnion, its evolving market offering and strong relationships position him well to build on the strong foundations already in place. Steve brings broad experience from across fraud prevention roles and the wider financial services sector, having previously held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and MBNA.Mahesh Bharadhwaj joined as chief data and analytics officer for the UK & Europe on 21 September 2026. He brings more than 20 years of experience in data, analytics, credit risk, pricing and commercial strategy, having held senior leadership roles across FinTech and financial services, including Jaja Finance, Funding Circle, Barclaycard, Oliver Wyman, and Capital One. Most recently, Mahesh served as chief analytics officer at Jaja Finance, where he led analytics, credit strategy, valuations modelling and data science functions. His appointment follows the promotion of Praneeth Meka to the role of chief data and analytics officer for TransUnion’s International business.Ashley Hart joined on 7 September 2026 as chief operating officer for the UK & Europe, following the promotion of Laura Barley to vice president, head of customer experience transformation in TransUnion’s International operations. Ashley is an accomplished operations, risk, and transformation executive, with senior leadership experience across Monzo Bank, TSB Bank, the Financial Ombudsman Service and most recently at Flutter Entertainment. He brings a strong track record of commercial leadership, alongside deep expertise in regulated operations, financial crime, technology-enabled transformation and customer protection.Catherine Diamond joined as chief human resources officer UK & Europe on 14 September 2026. An accomplished people and culture leader, Catherine brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, insurance and FinTech, including senior roles at Tandem Bank, Vanquis Banking Group, TSB and Lloyds Banking Group. She has built a strong reputation for leading HR strategy and rollout, executive succession and talent strategy, while partnering closely with boards, CEOs and regulators to deliver business growth and strong governance.
