Heya budget is totally discussable if it's over 120 might have to do it in terms. I'm looking for an artist to help me make my 3ds theme. I want every part tot be hand drawn and customised to fit together. Wallpaper 1 will be my mascotte, with a twist. For the first wallpaper I'm thinking of a traditional Japanese house, going for the absolute cozy vibes, with my mascotte being a real chubby goblin, cuz goblins fit the chaos but she should remain recognisable and it should remain cozy. Wallpaper 2 will become a pond. I want the images to match in a very specific way, so the wallpapers are capable of being used apart or together. So if you look at the image of the 3ds I made, the pool should be matching with the house in a way that you could fold the ds to a 90C angle and it looks like you have a background and a pool on the bottom screen if you get what I mean.
