I made and sell the Turnover Handoff Kit through Apex Operator. It is a six-page manual handoff pack for short-term-rental hosts who already have a turnover team: task owners, stock targets, open issues, readiness sign-off and handoff messages, with a fictional worked example. One ZIP: editable DOCX, printable US Letter PDF and README. Not Canva, a fillable PDF, software or automated calculations. $9 USD once, no subscription or future updates; hosted download access is 30 days, and you keep your downloaded v1 copy for your own properties/team. Seven-day refund requests receive manual review, not a guaranteed refund; applicable rights remain intact. No promised revenue, review or error-rate improvements.
