Institutional investments in the residential segment in India decreased by 39 percent during January to September. In contrast, office real estate saw a notable growth of 46 percent during the same period. Investments in industrial parks also rose by 15 percent, highlighting increased demand. Conversely, the retail real estate sector experienced a sharp decline, with a 78 percent drop in investments.
