Mikel Arteta praised his Arsenal players for their “incredible response” to going behind against Leeds United at home on Saturday. We certainly reacted in the manner we expected.“[Leeds] are extremely well organised, they have very physical [players], they are committed in everything they do.”Arsenal’s swift equaliser invigorated the side and changed the course of the game. “When you play 12:30 at home and you go 1-0 down, you have to restore a lot of things. The energy is one of them. “We had a incredible response, you could sense the crowd, the energy changed immediately. The finishers come in and made a huge difference to help us win the game.” Arteta also praised the impact Bruno, Viktor Gyokeres and Jurrien Timber had on the game after coming on in that triple substitution. “We bring a lot of leadership on in those three players.
