Why not? But to do what Villa did, we have to click.“I think [that first victory could be transformative], but I think the first win is not a gift from God. You have to deserve to win, and we didn’t deserve to win so far.”De Zerbi dismisses suggestion Spurs have been unlucky this seasonThe underlying metrics of Tottenham’s performances have been promising, even though those have not translated into goals and results. However, De Zerbi dismissed the idea that his side have been unlucky, insisting it is incumbent on the players to get over the line on the pitch. When asked if Spurs are unlucky to be at the bottom of the table after five games, he said: “I don’t believe in lucky, unlucky. I believe in, if you deserve or not, if you push or not, if you believe or not, if you are a group or not, if you have the right spirit or not, if you have passion or not, if you are ambitious or not, if you have a big motivation or not. Unlucky is nothing.”READ MORE: Alan Shearer predicts Man United vs Tottenham score in clash that ‘could determine someone’s job’The post ‘Why not’ – Roberto De Zerbi makes bold claim about where Tottenham can finish this season appeared first on Spurs Web.
