Srinivasa Rao sought new registrations and renewals under the Building Workers Welfare Board through both online and offline modes.CITU Visakhapatnam district general secretary R.K.S.V. Kumar said ₹4,500 crore was lying unused with the welfare board, while only ₹1,500 crore had been spent since its inception.
